Ingredients
Byaslag cheese, great luck it wasn’t tofu. It was real Mongolian cheese.
Fast food kiosk fries
Mutton in gravy from Khaan Khuns Cafe.
Bonus poutine
Mongolian poutine extreme difficulty (for the experience)
You go to the parking lot and you pick parking potatoes. You cut the potatoes like a champ and you fry the fucking potatoes.
You take Ааруул, Aaruul cheese, traditional curd cheese of the nomadic families. It can stay years on a shelf. It’s solid and a variation of it looks like fried chicken.
For the meat you need a meat that has been hunted by an eagle or a goat that has been used for a Buzkashi game. All served in a sheep skull with the eyes and all. Enjoy.
